1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

For purchasing custom or original artworks, please use the same payment methods. Contact me directly, and I will provide you with a payment link.

2. How is shipping handled?

We offer worldwide shipping. You will be presented with various shipping options at different price points during checkout.

For deliveries within Poland, we use InPost Courier.

3. How are taxes and customs fees calculated?

Any applicable customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

In rare cases, your package may be held at customs or undergo inspection, which could cause additional delays.

4. What should I do if my package is lost?

If the package is lost due to postal service error, we offer either a refund or re-sending of the order (at your discretion).

However, if the package is not received or returned due to recipient error (e.g., incorrect address provided, failure to collect), no refund will be issued.

You may request a reorder, which will only be dispatched upon receipt of payment.

Please note: Numbered prints cannot be reproduced.

5. Can I return my purchase?

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted.
